To provide reliable, fast, and secure logistics operations, we collect the following categories of information:

  • Merchant Corporate Data: Full name, registered business name, commercial Trade License number, Tax Identification Number (TIN), National ID (NID) copy, physical pickup warehouse address, email address, corporate telephone lines, and verified banking/MFS (bKash and Nagad) account information.
  • Recipient Delivery Data: End-customer names, precise physical delivery/consignee coordinates, primary and secondary mobile contact numbers, and parcel contents descriptions.
  • Technical and Device Data: Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, device hardware identifiers, mobile browser configurations, operating system specifications, and cookie-based telemetry regarding how you browse our Merchant Panel.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process collected data strictly for lawful purposes under operational and regulatory necessity:

  • Fulfilling delivery mandates, dispatching automated SMS tracking alerts, and verifying deliveries.
  • Processing financial disbursements, deducting service fees, and routing COD earnings to your configured bKash or Nagad accounts.
  • Mitigating e-commerce delivery fraud, preventing the shipment of illegal items, and managing insurance or damage claims under the BDT 1,00,000 parcel value cap.
  • Complying with statutory reporting requirements issued by the Bangladesh Bank and national law enforcement bodies.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

FastX does not rent, sell, or trade personal data to third-party marketing brokers. Data sharing is limited to the following interactions:

  • Operational Partners: We share customer names, addresses, and phone numbers with our authorized field Delivery Agents and local line-haul contractors to execute physical delivery.
  • MFS & Banking Gateways: Merchant settlement data is securely shared with our digital payment partners (bKash and Nagad) exclusively to authorize automated next-day financial payouts.
  • Legal Mandates: We will disclose data to law enforcement agencies, regular courts, or the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) if required by law or a valid court subpoena.

4. Data Security and Retention

  • Security Infrastructure: All merchant credentials, financial accounts, and consumer records are encrypted in transit using Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS) mechanisms and stored on secure cloud environments protected by advanced corporate firewalls.
  • Employee Access Controls: Access to transactional data is restricted to authorized FastX personnel who require the information for customer support, billing, or audit compliance.
  • Retention Timelines: We retain business transactions and log history for as long as your merchant account remains active, or for a period required to fulfill long-term tax audit liabilities and central bank compliance laws in Bangladesh.

5. Your Privacy Rights

Merchants retain the right to log into the Merchant Panel at any time to review, update, or correct corporate profiles, banking details, or active wallet parameters. If you wish to formally terminate your relationship with FastX and request the permanent deletion of your data profile, you may submit an official request to our data compliance team. Account deletion will be executed provided all outstanding ledger debts and RTM fees are fully settled.
